small room impractical shower

the hotel was located well.

The room i stayed in felt small. the shower layout was not ideal. Water easily splashed onto the floor after showering. also, the lack of tea or coffee making facilities in the room was a definite drawback. I expect that in most hotels.

central location quiet room friendly staff helpful elevator

the hotel located near the main plaza, was very quiet. i found the room very clean. the staff were friendly, which i liked. the hotel has an elevator, it was a great help for my luggage.

the sink drained slow, it was a bit annoying.

the staff were helpful with directions, they were available at the reception all the time. the check-in process was quick, it took only a few minutes. i found everyone polite and eager to assist.

The hotel sits in a courtyard near a main square. I found the location very convenient for seeing attractions. Breakfast included a very good variety of German options..

The room was compact, so maneuvering with luggage took some extra care. The shower setup was a bit unusual. Water tended to splash onto the floor.

the location is central. it is a short walk from the station and the cathedral.

the receptionist was not helpful. he did not explain the parking situation. we ended up paying full price at the parking garage.

Wonderful Stay in Central Location

The super nice team and accommodating . I appreciated the convenient luggage storage after checking out. The breakfast had a great selection and the location was perfect for exploring.

The shower design was a bit inconvenient as water tended to splash around the bathroom floor during showers.
